So, I’m trying to “take care” of myself more than I do now. I’m not saying that I’m ugly or let myself go or anything. What I’m saying is that I’m going to take certain additional steps to my daily and nightly regimen in order to live a more beautiful and healthier life.
- stop biting nails/the skin around my nails — I’m going to go about this by keeping my hands moisturized throughout the day and putting Vitamin E Oil on my nails and cuticles before bed. This way my hands won’t be dry and peeling and therefore I won’t chew them.
- oiling my feet — My feet are dry, dry, dry all the time. It’s embarassing and annoying. So to fix this, I’m putting Olive Oil all over my feet and then tube socks before bed. Hopefully in the morning my feet will be soft.
- using Witch Hazel on my face — I desire an even skin tone on my face. So in addition to washing my face every morning (and I’m going to start to wash my face at night as well) and moisturizing with butting shea butter in the morning (Vitamin E Oil at night), after I wash my face and before the shea butter, I’m going to put a little Witch Hazel on my face using a cotton swab. Witch Hazel apparently gets rid of the dead skin cells on your face gently. I will put it to the test.
- moisturizing my lips — It seems as if Olive Oil is a natural beauty product because I’m going to moisturize my lips before I go to bed and hopefully when I wake up my lips won’t be chapped and peeling.
This is the start to a new, beautiful and healthier danyellogram. I’m excited :)
